migrate from http://178.131.50.201:8088 to wixur.ir c40e276b8a
Document staging HTTPS on wixur.ir (Windows nginx + Let's Encrypt). 2e2c910d22 
Mobinnet holds public port 80, so staging is served on 443. Examples and the host nginx template now match FRONTEND_URL=https://wixur.ir.
